BG Citizens Advice duties are to provide a professional and dedicated service to the community.
1) We take away the language barriers for those where English is not their first language.
2) Liaising with the case during the entire case until it is finalised.
3) To answer all your queries and questions in the shortest period of time.
4) BG Citizens Advice will not advise you regarding any Legal / Criminal & Immigration issues, without the relevant professionals (Lawyers / Barristers) participating in our Consultation.
What We Do?
BG Citizens Advice are the connecting point providing all your needs in one network Hub. This is conducted through arranging a face-to-face consultation in our office, or a telephone consultation, with the specific chosen Firms. Our clients can also choose to meet and discuss their case with their chosen Barrister or Solicitor in our Office.
We record all the relevant information that has been given to us, and once the case file has been created, including a letter of Authority, an Application Form and a Statement from the Client, this is then passed onto the designated professional sectors. After this we liase with these departments during the whole process to conclude each client’s case.
We provide continuous assistance throughout, from start to finish, while the solicitor arranges professional assistance.
Our duty is to support individuals in understanding their rights by connecting them with the right professionals. We act as a bridge between individuals and legal professionals, providing translation and cultural support throughout the process to the Bulgarian community.
